Shipment & Returns


When will I receive my order?


It takes us 1-2 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you. You will also have to take into account the shipping time, which depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

● Tenerife Island: 1-4 business days

● Rest of the Canary Islands: 3-8 business days



Where is my order shipped from?

La Orotava, Tenerife.



Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

As they are shipments between islands, there will be no customs fees.



My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What I do?


Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address or phone number.

● Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left your package with them.

Tip: Avoid theft. If you will not be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or wherever you will be.


If the address is correct and the package is not with your neighbors, contact us at info@fancan.es with your order number.

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may be able to resend your product, but you will be responsible for the costs of returning to the warehouse and reshipping.


Tip: Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.



How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at info@fancan.es



I have received an incorrect or damaged product. What should I do?

We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, send us an email to info@fancan.es within 4 days from the time of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!


What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges if the order arrived correctly and in good condition, but if something happens to your order, please contact us at info@fancan.es to request a return or exchange. No exchange or refund will be made if the item is damaged due to misuse or poor storage conditions.



Do you return the money?

If it is a wrong or damaged product, we will replace it with a new one. If this is not possible, we will issue a gift voucher for the same value, to be used on the website.
